Terms & Cancellation Policy:
All Rooms require a two night minimum stay
during High Season. 50% deposit is required upon reservation, remainder will be charged upon arrival.
(single nights stays may be accomodated during Low season or in High Season if availabilty still exists 2-3 days prior to the reservation date).
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit; a cancellation fee of $25.00 and any bank fees will be applied.
Cancellations made 7-10 days prior to the arrival date are subject to forfeiture of 50% of the reservation total in addition to a $25.00 administration fee and any bank fees.
Cancellations made less then 6 days prior to the arrival date are subject to 100% of the reservation total in addtion to a $25.00 administration fee and any bank fees.
Major Credit cards are accepted.
Although we love both, children under 14 years of age and pets can not be accommodated.
We reserve the right to transfer your reservation to comparable accommodations
should the need arise, if this should happen you will be notified immediately.
